Most churches have a parish administrator or a volunteer keep it up to date from a phone or a laptop.

Yes. Invite people to each website as an owner, administrator, editor or viewer; each role sees only what it needs. Starter allows 3, Church allows 10, Network allows 25 people per website.

Yes, as often as you like. Your words, photos, events and sermons are kept apart from the design, so switching to any of the 52 designs moves everything across. New designs are added regularly, and every one is yours to use.

You can preview a new design before you publish it, and every published version is kept so you can go back.

Yes. From Ideas & paid work in your dashboard you can ask for a custom design, help moving content from an old website, or a done-for-you setup. We reply with a price before any work starts.

Yes. Every website starts with a free churchwideweb.com address. You can buy a new domain from your dashboard, point a domain you already own at your website, or move it here with its transfer code.

Paying for your plan yearly, the first year of one .com, .org, .net or .church domain is free for your account, up to $20; above that, or for any other ending, $20 comes off and you pay the difference. Renewals are paid each year, at the price shown before you register, and every domain is registered in your church's name.

Secure HTTPS is set up for you on every address.

Yes: Starter includes 3 mailboxes, Church includes 5 mailboxes, Network includes 5 mailboxes per website. You read and send from them in your dashboard. With a domain bought or moved here, addresses look like office@yourchurch.org.

You paste the link to a payment page from your church's own Paystack, PayPal, Stripe or Flutterwave account, and a Give button appears on your website. You can also show bank details for transfers.

The money goes straight to your church. Church Wide Web never handles it and never asks for your payment keys or passwords.

There are three plans: Starter $19 a month ($190 a year), Church $29 a month ($290 a year), Network $69 a month ($690 a year), in US dollars. Paying yearly gives you two months free.

Every design and feature is in every plan. They differ in size and service: Starter has 1 website, Church has 1 website, Network up to 3 websites; storage, visits and team size grow with each, and so does how fast our team replies. Most churches choose Church.

Domain names are the only extra, and you see their price when you search.

No. You can look through every design, with a demo church filled in, before you pay anything. If you want to try it for real, pay for a single month.

Each plan includes plenty of visits a month (Starter 50,000, Church 100,000, Network 500,000). We email you as you get close. If you need more, ask from Ideas & paid work in your dashboard and we can add visits for the month, or move to a bigger plan.

There is no contract. Your plan renews by itself until you stop it in Account, with one click. Your websites stay online for a few days after the paid time ends; after that visitors see a short notice until you renew. Your content is kept, and everything comes back as it was when you pay again.

Yes. From Export & leave you can download your pages, events, sermons, photos, files and mail in one file at any time. A domain you bought here can be moved to another registrar with its transfer code.

Every form on your website has built-in traps for automated spam, without puzzles for your visitors to solve. Messages arrive in your dashboard and by email.
