- Open Website settings → Export & leave. Only the owner can do this.
- Under What to include, choose your website data, your photos and files, or everything, and whether to include messages and mail.
- Choose Prepare my export. We gather it into one file and let you know when it’s ready.
- Download it. The link stays available for a week.
Your website data comes as JSON and spreadsheets, and your photos and files in tidy folders, so it can be read anywhere.
